Quantum is currently in the process of establishing a Clinical Governance Board to further enhance its medical services provision.

Together with AXA and Capital One, Quantum implemented a comprehensive insurance management system in Ipswich in June 2004. This system, supplied by Quantum, was designed to handle all aspects of the Capital One payment protection business.

Earlier in the year Quantum augmented its re-employment service offering by acquiring Birchin Lane Ltd, a specialist public-sector re-employment company.
